So, Inktober this year was kinda a fail for me. I started to get overwhelmed with responsibilities- especially the knowledge that I have a convention right around the corner. It's okay though, there's always next year! New artwork for Holiday Matsuri to be released soon

Yeah, I know how you feel. I started out wanting to do every day, but then realized early on that wasn't going to happen with all of the art work I *had* to do this month, so I switched to weekends only. Really, I'm glad I did - the pieces I did felt less rushed - I think that was more important for me personally. So, I think that's kind of the point of Inktober - tailoring it to help you with your art development however is best.
